One of the few places in
Florence where you can get genuine Neapolitan pizzas (Florentine
bases are usually thin and crisp, whereas the Naples version
comes steaming from the wood oven with light, puffy edges
and a thin, slightly soggy middle).
There are about 20 pizza varieties costing from 5 Euro to
9 Euro; make sure you specify mozzarella di bufala, which
is much tastier. Pizzas aside, there are plenty of other
choices at this fun, noisy place with communal tables. Book
ahead because it's always full. |
